The Trial Division - Criminal, a sub-division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Trial Division, is a court of general jurisdiction. The Common Pleas Judges assigned to the Trial Division - Criminal preside over all felony matters and related hearings.

The Trial Division - Criminal is led by the Administrative Judge of the Trial Division, who appoints the Supervising Judge of the Trial Division - Criminal. They are assisted by the Deputy Court Administrator of the Trial Division - Criminal.
