The Prothonotary Office is hosting a Passport Fair in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm to provide passport information to U.S. citizens and to accept passport applications. The Prothonotary is joining the Department of State in celebrating Passport Day in the USA 2010, a national passport acceptance and outreach event.

On May 14, 2007, the Supreme Court adopted Rule 509 of the Rules of Judicial Administration. Effective July 1, 2007, Rule 509 establishes a systematic process for requesting and accessing state court system records that deal with the use of public funds, including the purchase of services, supplies or equipment.

Cost Allocation Plans for the Philadelphia Family Court - Child Support Enforcement Program,
The First Judicial District of Pennsylvania shall accept responses to the Invitation to Bid ("ITB") to engage a consultant to render professional services for the preparation of Cost Allocation Plans for Fiscal Year(s) 2009, 2010, and 2011 for the Philadelphia Family Court's Child Support Enforcement Program pursuant to the terms and conditions as detailed in the ITB.
