NOTICE: All Courts and Offices of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Courts) will be CLOSED Monday, February 23 2026 due to inclement weather. All scheduled matters will be rescheduled for another day by the respective Court Department. All critical services are expected to remain operational including: Municipal Court’s Arraignment Court, Bail Acceptance and the filing of Emergency Protection from Abuse Petitions at the Stout Center for Criminal Justice, 1301 Filbert Street.
