NOTICE:
Due to the upkeep of the building, carpet installation, furniture wear and tear, and replacement, we have found it necessary to implement the same reservation fee policy in City Hall at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center. These funds will go towards these expenses and help defray the cost absorbed by the FJD.
If your organization is seeking to request the use of courthouse facilities, please complete the Courtroom Reservation Request Form and email it to the following: crtrmrsrv@courts.phila.gov and maria.pugliese@courts.phila.gov.
You must provide no less than one (1) month, and no more than three (3) months’ notice before the event to confirm availability, and process payment. This pertains to both City Hall and the Juanita Kidd Stout Center.
Mock Trial events are conducted Monday-Friday, from 5:00pm to 9:30pm and from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The fee to utilize a courtroom is $300.00 per courtroom / per day. If your organization is classified as a 501(C)(3) non-profit, the fee is $150.00 per courtroom / per day.
This does not include Security fees (City Hall) and Housekeeping (City Hall and Stout).
Invoices for Courtroom Reservations are sent and handled by the First Judicial District – Procurement Department.
Your request is NOT CONFIRMED until a member of Court Administration has reviewed the request form and contacted the organizer via email.
